What Is the NIACL Apprentice Programme?
The NIACL Apprentice Programme is a training-based learning opportunity for fresh graduates who want to understand how a large insurance organization operates. During the apprenticeship period, candidates work under the supervision of experienced professionals in different departments, such as:
-
Claims Management
-
Policy Issuance and Underwriting

Duration and Nature of Apprenticeship
The NIACL Apprenticeship is typically offered for a fixed tenure, generally ranging from one year, depending on the official scheme.
