The West Central Railway (WCR), under the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), offers one of the most structured and skill-oriented Apprenticeship Training Programs in Indian Railways. The RRC WCR Apprentice program provides young individuals with an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on technical knowledge, develop trade skills, and prepare for a future career in the railway sector or other technical fields.
