Physical Standerd Test (PST)
- Height:
- Male: 170 cm
- Female: 157 cm
- Chest (only for Male)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- For all regions except Ladakh
- Male : 5 km Race to be completed within 24 min.
- Female : 1.6 km Race o be completed within 8.5 min.
- For Ladakh Region
- Male : 1.6 km Race to be completed within 7 min.
- Female : 800 meters Race o be completed within 5 min.
