Age Limit (as on 31 March 2025)
Maximum age for most posts: 35–45 years depending on the post. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates as per Jharkhand Government norms. Age proof must be Class 10 certificate or Aadhaar Card — to be produced at document verification.
Professional Council Registration (Mandatory)
All clinical/para-clinical posts require valid registration: ANM/Staff Nurse → Jharkhand Nursing Registration Council | Pharmacist → Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council | Rehabilitation Worker → Rehabilitation Council of India. Applications without valid current registration were rejected at scrutiny stage.
Other Conditions
Candidates must be Indian nationals. Preference to Jharkhand domicile candidates. Candidates must submit an oath affidavit confirming no claim to permanent government absorption. CGPA marksheets must include a percentage conversion chart. Candidates serving in govt/semi-govt must submit a No Objection Certificate.

Academic Merit Score Evaluation
Academic marks from the qualifying examination are evaluated and converted into a merit score. This determines shortlisting for the written test. The eligible/ineligible list was published on 6 March 2026.
