I am the founder of JobTheta, India's free government job information portal. I built JobTheta to help millions of Indian aspirants — especially those in smaller towns and rural areas — access accurate, timely government job notifications, admit cards, answer keys, and results without any cost or registration. Having seen firsthand how many candidates miss critical opportunities simply due to lack of information, I created JobTheta to be the reliable, daily-updated platform that every aspirant deserves. Our editorial team monitors 200+ official recruitment portals every day and publishes verified updates within hours of official release.
Our Story
JobTheta was founded with a single, clear mission — to make government job information accessible, accurate, and easy to understand for every Indian aspirant, regardless of which city or state they live in. The government job landscape in India is one of the most competitive in the world, with lakhs of candidates chasing thousands of vacancies across hundreds of recruitment boards that publish on different websites at different times.
Many aspirants — especially those in smaller towns, rural areas, and tier-2 and tier-3 cities — miss critical opportunities not because they are unprepared, but simply because they did not know about a notification in time, or found official government websites too complex to navigate. JobTheta was built to solve exactly this problem.
As someone who personally experienced this frustration — missing a notification, finding out about an admit card too late — I built the platform I wished had existed during my own preparation. A platform that monitors every major recruitment portal daily, verifies the information carefully, and presents it in simple, clear language that anyone can follow — whether it is their first government job application or their tenth attempt.
