Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline (including Engineering, Medicine, CA, etc.)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
Language Proficiency:
- Candidate must be proficient in the local language of the state they are applying for (read/write/speak).
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
Salary and Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed in Junior Management Grade Scale I (JMG/S-I).
- Initial Salary: ₹48,480 per month
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 plus allowances
- Probation Period: 1 year
- Posting will be in the home state applied for, with a minimum service of 12 years in the state.
Selection Process
The selection process for Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2025 includes:
