Register via One Time Registration (OTR)
Visit www.keralapsc.gov.in. If you have not registered yet, complete your One Time Registration (OTR) first. This is a one-time process — once registered, you can apply for all future KPSC posts using the same login. Upload a photograph taken within 6 months — print your name and date of photograph at the bottom. The uploaded photo is valid for 10 years. Add your Aadhaar Card as ID proof in your profile.

Login and Navigate to the Notification
Log in with your User ID and Password. Go to the Notifications section and find the relevant category number (13/2026 to 18/2026 as applicable). Click on "Apply Now" shown alongside the specific post you wish to apply for. Each post requires a separate application click.

Verify Profile Details and Submit
Before final submission, verify all personal details in your profile are accurate — name, date of birth, community, address, and educational qualifications. The application is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Ensure your community certificate details match your SSLC records — if there is a discrepancy, a Gazette Notification will be required at certificate verification stage. There is no application fee for any of these 6 posts.

Download Printout and Keep Documents Ready
After submission, download the application printout via "My Applications" in your profile. Keep the printout for future correspondence with KPSC. Original documents for qualification, experience, age, and community must be produced whenever called by KPSC. If a profile message is received asking you to upload documents at any stage, comply within the stipulated time — failing to do so means you will not be considered for the next stage.

Submit Confirmation When Exam Date is Announced
When KPSC publishes the exam calendar, you must separately submit Confirmation that you will write the examination — through your OTR profile. This Confirmation step is mandatory. Only those who submit Confirmation will be able to generate and download the Admission Ticket — available in the last 15 days before the exam date. Applications where Confirmation is not submitted within the stipulated period will be absolutely rejected. KPSC will send the exam schedule notification to your profile and registered mobile number.

No Application Fee for any post: All 6 notifications in this gazette are fee-free. Candidates from all categories — General, OBC, SC/ST, PwD — do not need to pay any application fee. However, for NCA posts (Cat. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18), only candidates from the specified community will be considered — all others are summarily rejected without individual communication.
