Unemployed applicants are fully exempted from the ₹120/- Examination Fee. Step 1 — Complete One Time Registration (OTR) at tgpsc.gov.in
If you have not registered before, visit tgpsc.gov.in and fill the OTR (One Time Registration) form to obtain your TGPSC ID. During OTR, fill: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Community, Educational Qualifications, Mobile Number, Email ID, Aadhaar, PH Status, Ex-Serviceman status, and upload photo (100–200 KB JPG/PNG) and signature (20–30 KB JPG/PNG) taken within 3 months. TGPSC ID is sent to registered mobile and email. Already registered candidates use their existing TGPSC ID directly. OTR alone is NOT an application — a separate application must be submitted for this specific notification.

Step 2 — Login and Fill Application Form
Visit tgpsc.gov.in → Click on Online Application Link → Enter TGPSC ID + Date of Birth → Login using OTP received on registered mobile. Verify OTR details (Name, DOB, Community, Education, Gender, Disability, Ex-Serviceman, Sports) displayed on screen. Select your preferred exam centre. Preview application for correctness of all information — click SAVE & PAYMENT to proceed to fee payment. All details in OTR database at time of submission are considered final — update OTR before applying.

Step 3 — Pay Application Fee Online
Pay the prescribed fee via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI through the payment gateway. OC/BC employed candidates: ₹1,000 + ₹120 = ₹1,120/-. SC/ST/PwD employed: ₹500 + ₹120 = ₹620/-. Unemployed candidates: ₹1,000 (OC/BC) or ₹500 (SC/ST/PwD) only — no exam fee. Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Wait for payment confirmation before closing browser.

Step 4 — Confirm, Submit & Download PDF
After payment, click CONFIRM & SUBMIT button — otherwise application details will not be saved. A PDF application with a Reference ID Number will be generated. Download and save the PDF — the Reference ID must be quoted for all future correspondence. No changes are possible after final submission. The TGPSC Commission will not make any changes or improvements to the submitted form.

Step 5 — Monitor tgpsc.gov.in for Hall Ticket & Exam Updates
Hall Tickets will be available for download from tgpsc.gov.in login — 7 days prior to exam date up to 5:00 PM on the day prior to exam. No postal hall tickets.
