Step 2 — Complete Registration

Step 5 — Final Submission & Print Confirmation Page
Once submitted, no field/column can be edited or removed — review everything carefully before final submission. Print and retain the Confirmation Page, online Application Form, and e-Admit Card (once issued) for record purposes. Also keep at least 5 colour passport-size photographs identical to the one uploaded — required during document verification.
NBEMS explicitly states that no hard copies of certificates/mark sheets are required to be submitted along with the online application form. Candidates must produce all required documents for eligibility verification only when called for by NBEMS — failure to do so at that stage results in disqualification, even if the candidate has already appeared in the examination.
