RCCC Training — Mandatory Special Qualification
Must have successfully completed the 6-month Recorder Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training from the Assam Surveys and Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-40, as per the Advertisement for RCCC Training Examination issued by the Office of the Director of Land Records, Assam.

Candidates must have proficiency in computers and Information Technology, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) in Assamese or Bengali language using Unicode. This will be assessed in the Skill Test (Paper-II).

Skill Test — Paper-II (20 Marks, Practical Computer Test)
