Selection Process

📋
Stage 1 — Application Screening
All applications are screened on the basis of relevant experience, educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria as declared in the online application. Merely meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee a call for interview. MFL may shortlist or call all candidates depending on the volume of applications.
📹
Stage 2 — Virtual / Personal Interview at Chennai
Shortlisted candidates will be called for either a virtual interview (online) or an in-person interview held at Chennai. The interview call letter is generated online — candidates must download it from madrasfert.co.in. Biometrics and photograph will be captured at the in-person interview. Bring the downloaded call letter (with photo and signature) and one original photo ID (Electoral ID / Passport / Aadhaar / Driving Licence).
🩺
Stage 3 — Document Verification
Candidates shortlisted after the interview must produce originals of all certificates — qualification, age proof, caste certificate (if applicable), PwBD certificate, EWS certificate, and NOC from employer. Candidates employed in Govt/PSU must submit NOC. Candidates whose documents do not match those uploaded in the application will be disqualified and will not receive travel allowance.
💊
Stage 4 — Pre-Employment Medical Examination
Provisionally selected candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical examination by a medical practitioner not below the rank of Civil Surgeon, and lab tests from a NABL/NABH approved lab/hospital. The report is reviewed by MFL’s Company Medical Officer, whose decision is final. Medical report must be submitted at the time of joining.
📌
Final Appointment
All appointments are subject to character and antecedent verification and certificate verification. Selected candidates must produce a Relieving Order from previous employer at time of joining. Candidates are liable to serve anywhere in India as per MFL’s requirement, including shift operations. Appointment is confirmed only after successful completion of medical, document verification and background checks.
