- Inclusion in this selection list does not confer any right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied that the candidate is suitable in all respects â including character, antecedents, and conduct
- All selected candidates must be found physically and mentally fit for the post before appointment is confirmed
- Candidates must produce all required original certificates as specified in the recruitment rules and notification â failure to do so will result in disqualification
- If it comes to the notice of the Board at any stage that a candidate has furnished false information or suppressed facts, their selection is liable to be cancelled and all consequential benefits forfeited
- The Board reserves the right to take action as it deems fit under relevant Government rules in cases of omission, commission, or suppression by any candidate
- All selections are subject to the final outcome of any pending Writ Petitions (W.P.s) or other cases before Hon'ble Courts of Law â appointments may be affected by court orders
- Several candidates in OBG and Orthopaedics have their selections marked as subject to verification of original certificates or kept in abeyance (e.g., for non-creamy layer certificate) â these selections are conditional until documents are verified

What is the pay scale and can selected candidates do private practice?

Private practice is strictly not permitted for selected candidates â they will be full-time government faculty members under the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Telangana.
