Can I apply for the Technical Assistant post without work experience?

No. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is an essential eligibility condition — not a desirable or preferential one. Candidates without the required experience certificates will be disqualified at document verification even if they have cleared all examination stages. The experience must be in domains relevant to the syllabus topics (Annexure-II). The High Court reserves the right to determine whether a candidate's claimed experience is genuinely relevant. Are candidates from outside Bihar eligible to apply?
