Open rrb.digialm.com — the same portal you used to download your Admit Card. This link is also available on every regional RRB's official website (rrbchennai.gov.in, rrbranchi.gov.in, rrbmumbai.gov.in etc.). Beware of unofficial or lookalike websites that may steal your credentials.
Log In with Your Credentials
Enter your Enrollment Number or Registration Number along with your Date of Birth or Password (as applicable). Complete the security captcha and click Login. Use the exact credentials you created when submitting your application for CEN 05/2025.
Locate the Answer Key / Objection Link
Once inside your dashboard, look for the section or link labelled "View Questions, Responses & Keys" or "RRB JE CBT-1 Answer Key 2026". This link is active from 05 March 2026 at 4:00 PM until 11 March 2026 at 11:59 PM. Outside this window, the link will be inactive.
Review Your Question Paper, Responses & Keys
You will see your complete question paper, the option you selected for each question, and the official key. Cross-check every question carefully — compare the official answer with your response and with your own reference materials (textbooks, coaching notes). Note down the question numbers where you believe the official key may be incorrect.
Select Questions to Object & Pay ₹50 Per Question
Use the objection interface to mark specific questions you wish to challenge. For each question selected, you must pay a fee of ₹50 + applicable bank service charges via RuPay/Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking. You can raise objections against the question itself, the options, or the official answer key. Provide a clear, logical justification with reference to standard textbooks or authoritative sources.
Submit Before 11 March 2026 at 11:59 PM
Complete your objection submission well before the deadline. Once the window closes at 11:59 PM on 11 March 2026, no further objections, representations, or correspondence will be accepted from any candidate under any circumstances. The fee paid for invalid objections is not refunded. The fee for valid objections is returned to the same account used for payment, after deducting applicable bank charges.
- Always back your objection with a reference to a standard textbook, official syllabus document, or authoritative publication. Name the book, edition, author, and page number wherever possible.
- Raise objections only on questions where you are genuinely confident the official key is incorrect — every ₹50 spent on an invalid objection is a direct loss.
- If a question has a printing error or ambiguous wording, that too is a valid ground for objection — highlight the exact ambiguity clearly.
- Multiple candidates objecting to the same question independently strengthens the case — but each candidate must still pay and submit separately.
- If RRBs accept an objection and drop or change a question's key, the final score for all candidates is recalculated accordingly — not just for those who objected.
The CBT-1 for RRB JE CEN 05/2025 was a common screening test for all posts — JE, DMS, and CMA. The pattern below applies to this stage. Understanding it helps you accurately estimate your score against the answer key.
| Subject / Section | No. of Questions | Marks | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mathematics | 30 | 30 | 90 Minutes (120 min for PwBD with Scribe) |
| General Intelligence & Reasoning | 25 | 25 | |
| General Awareness | 15 | 15 | |
| General Science | 30 | 30 | |
| Total | 100 | 100 |
Candidates who clear CBT-1 will be shortlisted for the Stage-2 Computer Based Test (CBT-2). Shortlisting is done at a ratio of 1:1 per vacancy per RRB, based on normalised CBT-1 scores. CBT-2 is trade/engineering group-specific and tests deep technical knowledge. The exam groups and patterns are below.
- Only candidates who clear CBT-1 with a normalised score above the cut-off are eligible for CBT-2. The shortlist is prepared RRB-wise at a ratio of 1 candidate per vacancy (1:1 ratio).
- Normalised CBT-1 marks are used for shortlisting — not raw marks. Candidates from the same shift are compared using the same normalised score.
- CBT-2 carries 150 questions with 1/3 negative marking and a 120-minute time limit. It tests both general knowledge and deep trade-specific technical competence.
- The CMA (Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant) post has a separate exam group with a different subject mix — check the official notification Annexure VII-E for the full CMA syllabus.

All original certificates — educational qualifications, age proof, caste/category certificate, and engineering degree/diploma — must be presented. Eligibility is formally confirmed only at this stage.
