View and Verify Your Admit Card Details
Your RRB NTPC E-Call Letter will appear on screen. Carefully check: your Name, Registration Number, Roll Number, Exam Date, Exam City & Centre Address, Shift Timing, Reporting Time, and Gate Closure Time. If any detail is incorrect, contact your respective RRB helpline immediately before the exam date.
Download, Print and Keep 2 Copies
Click Download / Print. Print at least 2 copies — one Candidates' Copy (you keep) and one RRB Copy (surrendered to invigilator at exam hall). The admit card is in 2 parts with perforations — the invigilator retains one part. Do NOT fill in the self-declaration, signature or left thumb impression at home — these must be done only at the exam centre in front of the invigilator.
- Aadhaar is mandatory for this exam — RRB has no alternative provision for candidates who don't carry Aadhaar
- Your Aadhaar biometric must be UNLOCKED in the UIDAI system — visit uidai.gov.in to check and unlock it well before exam day
- A colour printout of e-Aadhaar from UIDAI website is accepted — but a photostat/scanned copy of physical Aadhaar is NOT accepted
- Candidates who do not carry Aadhaar or whose biometric is locked will not be permitted to enter the exam hall — no exceptions
- Do NOT lock your biometric on the day before or day of the exam — biometric unlock requests take time to process on UIDAI servers

- Normalisation: If CBT 1 is conducted in multiple shifts, marks will be normalised using T-score method to ensure fairness across shifts
- Medium: Questions in English and Hindi (bilingual)
- CBT 1 is Screening: CBT 1 is a shortlisting stage — marks are used for shortlisting to CBT 2. CBT 1 marks alone do NOT determine final selection
- Shortlisting for CBT 2: Candidates equal to 20 times the vacancies (per post, per community) are shortlisted for CBT 2 based on CBT 1 merit
- No Pen/Pencil: Writing instruments are not allowed — use only the rough sheet provided at the exam centre. Submit it before leaving

- Report Early: Gate closure is typically 30 minutes before exam start time. Reach the exam centre at least 60–90 minutes before exam time for biometric + verification
