Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Secondary Level: Graduate/Postgraduate with at least 50% marks + B.Ed. from NCTE recognized institution.
- For Higher Secondary Level: Postgraduate with at least 50% marks + B.Ed.
Note: Relaxation of 5% in marks is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done through a three-stage process:
- Written Examination (OMR-based)
- Objective type questions (1 mark each)
- Subject-specific and general awareness questions
- Medium of the exam: Bengali & English
- Evaluation of Academic Qualifications
- Marks will be awarded based on percentage in relevant academic qualifications.
- Interview & Teaching Demonstration
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a classroom teaching demo and viva.
