Appointment is subject to satisfactory medical fitness as per Punjab Government norms.
- All original documents must be produced in person — photocopies alone are not sufficient for verification.
- Caste certificates must be issued by Punjab State's competent authority — certificates from other states are not accepted for Punjab domicile-based reservations.
- Candidates marked "Withheld" in the result must follow PSSSB's specific instructions published separately on sssb.punjab.gov.in and submit required documents by the specified deadline.
- Documents found to be fabricated, tampered with, or fraudulently obtained lead to immediate disqualification and may invite legal proceedings.
