Monthly Pay During Tenure Engagement
Pay components include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (at applicable IDA rates), HRA (as applicable at place of posting, if company quarters not provided), Perks (as applicable), and a fixed monthly medical allowance. An annual increase of 3% on Basic Pay is admissible subject to satisfactory performance during the tenure.

Upload (without which the application is incomplete and will be rejected): (a) 10th Standard marks card, (b) ITI National Trade Certificate (NTC) from NCVT — provisional certificate accepted if final not yet issued (final must be submitted at joining), (c) all ITI marks cards — with CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate if applicable, (d) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from DGT — mandatory, (e) Experience certificate(s) clearly showing start and end dates, (f) Government-issued Identity card (Aadhaar/Passport/DL/PAN), (g) SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD certificate as applicable.
Step 4 — Upload Photo, Signature & Pay Fee
Upload a recent photograph and your signature (on clear white background, in black ink). General/EWS/OBC candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹200 at the end of the application form — not applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Pay online through the available payment options on the portal.
Step 5 — Final Review & Submit
