National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) is a Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), Government of India. 3. What Is the State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS)?

The SSGS is a special component of NHIDCL’s Young Professionals (YP) Scheme designed specifically to build a pipeline of local technical talent in states and UTs where NHIDCL operates.
