If two or more candidates score equally in the final merit list, preference is given by seniority in age (older candidate ranks higher), and if still tied, the more qualified candidate ranks above the less qualified one. All selected candidates will be placed on probation for 2 years from the date of joining, extendable until satisfactory completion.
