8. Selection Process
3 stages — PFT (completed) → Written Exam (19 July) → DV + Medical
- Stage 1 ✓ — Physical Fitness Test (PFT) — Already Completed — conducted at department level by Fire & Emergency Services and SDRF prior to this notification. Candidates who cleared this PFT received a qualifying certificate/clearance. No re-testing of physical fitness occurs at the written exam stage.
- Stage 2 — Written Examination (NSF26) — 19 July 2026 — a 2-hour 15-minute objective MCQ examination at Raipur centres, 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM.
