Candidates shortlisted for DV must bring originals and self-attested photocopies of: Class X marksheet/certificate (for Date of Birth proof), educational qualification certificates and marksheets (ITI/10+2/Diploma as applicable), Trade Certificate (for Junior Technician posts) or Computer Diploma certificate (for JOA), Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate (for JE Electrical), valid PwBD disability certificate (UDID or format prescribed by competent authority), domicile certificate from specified district, Employment Exchange registration card, category certificate (OBC-NCL/SC/ST/EWS as applicable — current-year validity), Aadhaar card, and a recent passport-size photograph. Any document discrepancy leads to disqualification.
