What is the selection process for RLDA Site Engineer 2026?
Selection is based on multiple criteria — not a written test:
- Stage 1 — Shortlisting: Based on last drawn gross salary, years of relevant experience, B.Tech percentage, M.Tech qualification (if any), and prior Railways/PSU experience (min. 1 year)
- Stage 2 — Personal Interview: Technical and HR evaluation by RLDA panel. No TA/DA for attending interview.
- Stage 3 — Medical + Police Verification (at candidate's cost)
