| 1 | Visit the official DV call letter portal: https://rrb.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/33128/98076/login.html — OR — visit your respective regional RRB website (e.g., rrbcdg.gov.in, rrbahmedabad.gov.in, rrbbbs.gov.in, rrbmumbai.gov.in etc.) and look for the CEN 03/2025 Paramedical DV Call Letter link | Use the same RRB region where you applied and appeared for CBT |
| 2 | On the login page, enter: • Registration Number (generated at time of application) and • Date of Birth (in DD-MM-YYYY format — same as entered in application) • Captcha code (if shown) Then click Login / Submit | If you've forgotten your Registration Number, check the confirmation email received at time of application or the admit card used for the CBT |
| 3 | After logging in, click on the DV e-Call Letter download link for CEN 03/2025 Paramedical | The link may say "Download e-Call Letter for DV" or "Document Verification Call Letter — CEN 03/2025" |
| 4 | Verify all details on the call letter: • Your Name, Roll Number, Registration Number • Post and Zone for which shortlisted • DV Date, Reporting Time, Venue Address • List of documents to bring | Report at the venue at least 30 minutes before the specified reporting time — late candidates are generally not entertained |

| ⚠ If you are unable to log in, check the RRB helpdesk email or phone number of your respective regional RRB. Do NOT contact unauthorised agents. If the e-Call Letter page shows any issue, try after some time or use a different browser — sometimes the portal may be slow due to high traffic. | ||
Along with the DV call letter, candidates should also immediately download and save their individual CBT Scorecard from the RRB portal. The scorecard shows your name, roll number, CBT date, marks in each section, total marks, normalised score (if applicable), and shortlisting/qualifying status. The scorecard link is active till 15 June 2026 at 23:55 hrs only — after this deadline, the scorecard will be permanently deactivated. | Total Questions | 100 questions |

| Normalisation | Since the exam was conducted across 3 days (11, 12, 13 March 2026) in multiple shifts, marks were normalised before finalising the CBT result — final merit is based on normalised scores, not raw marks. The scorecard reflects both raw score and normalised score. |
| Result PDF Format | Roll numbers of shortlisted candidates published in ascending order in a PDF on each regional RRB website — ascending order does not indicate merit rank — it is simply a shortlisting tool |
| Shortlisting Ratio for DV | Candidates are shortlisted for DV based on performance in CBT — RRBs typically shortlist more candidates than the number of vacancies to account for dropouts at DV/Medical stage |
| Candidates who appeared in the CBT but whose roll number does NOT appear in the shortlist PDF are not eligible to appear for DV. They may download and review their individual scorecards (active till 15 June 2026) for information only. RRB does not entertain correspondence from candidates not shortlisted regarding their non-selection. | |
Railway Recruitment Boards have clearly stated that candidates who fail to report for Document Verification on the scheduled date and time, or candidates unable to produce required original documents, will have their candidature cancelled. There is no provision for rescheduling DV due to personal reasons, inability to procure documents, or non-receipt of DV call letter due to email/SMS delivery failure. It is the candidate's responsibility to regularly check the official RRB portal and download the DV call letter. Do not depend on SMS or email reminders from RRB — always monitor the portal directly.
Before DV — Download e-Call Letter & Prepare Documents
Download the DV e-call letter from rrb.digialm.com or your regional RRB website using Registration Number + DOB. Note the DV date, reporting time, and venue address. Arrange all original documents and prepare two sets of self-attested photocopies of each document. Documents to be verified include educational certificates, age proof, caste/category certificates, nursing/pharmacy council registration, and experience certificate (for Nursing Superintendent — mandatory 2 years experience proof). Carry the DV call letter printout — entry without call letter is not permitted.
At DV Venue — Report on Time, Present Documents
Report at the specified venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled reporting time — late arrivals are typically not allowed entry. The DV is conducted by a Railway official panel. Your original documents are checked against the information submitted in your CBT application form. Any mismatch between application data and original documents — including name spelling, date of birth, qualification year, category, or registration number — results in rejection. If you are found ineligible at DV, your candidature is cancelled on the spot.
Documents Found in Order — Proceed to Medical Examination
After successful completion of Document Verification, candidates are informed about the Medical Examination schedule — typically held at the Railway Hospital/Health Unit on the same day or the next day. Candidates should be prepared to stay for 3–4 days near the DV venue to complete both processes. Carry the DV call letter printout for the Medical Examination as well — it is required for identification at the Railway Hospital. No separate medical call letter is usually issued.
Medical Examination at Railway Hospital
Medical examination is conducted at the nominated Railway Hospital or Health Unit. The examination fee is ₹24 only — payable at the hospital on the day of examination. No advance payment or payment to RRB/agents is required. The medical exam assesses general health, vision (with and without correction), hearing, blood pressure, and physical fitness as per Railway medical standards for paramedical posts. In exceptional cases, specialised tests (ECG, X-ray, lab tests) may be required — these may involve additional charges at external facilities if not available in the Railway Hospital. Candidates found medically unfit for their opted post are not given an alternative posting.
After DV & Medical — Final Merit List & Appointment
After all DV and Medical rounds are completed across shortlisted candidates, the respective Railway Zonal/Divisional authorities prepare the final merit list based on CBT performance (normalised marks) — subject to clearance of DV and Medical. Appointment orders are issued by the respective Zonal Railway/Division — not by RRB (RRB only recommends; appointment is done by Railway administration). Candidates are required to report for joining within the time specified in the appointment order.
