Step 1 — Register at sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings
Visit the official SBI career portal. Click on the Current Opening for Advertisement No. CRPD/PO/2026-27/09. Register by filling in your basic details — a provisional registration number and password will be generated. Note these carefully — they are needed to re-open and edit saved application. Do not submit more than one application — if multiple applications are submitted, only the last valid completed one is considered; fees paid for others are forfeited.
Step 2 — Fill Application Form Carefully
Log in and fill all mandatory fields: personal details, date of birth, category code (refer to the 25-code table in the notification), educational qualification details, contact information, examination centre preference, and Pre-Exam Training (PET) opt-in if applicable (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates). Fill all data exactly as in original certificates — no changes are permitted after final submission. Verify the category code before submitting — category change is not permitted after registration under any circumstances.
Step 3 — Upload All Required Documents
Upload: (a) Passport-size photograph (200×230 px, 20–50 KB, JPG), (b) Signature on white paper with black ink (140×60 px, 10–20 KB, JPG — NOT in capital letters), (c) Left thumb impression (240×240 px, 200 DPI, 20–50 KB, JPG), (d) Hand-written declaration in English on white paper (800×400 px, 200 DPI, 50–100 KB, JPG — NOT in capitals). Also capture and upload live photograph via webcam or mobile phone QR scan during registration. If face/signature in uploads is unclear, re-upload before final submission — unclear uploads can lead to rejection.
Step 4 — Pay Application Fee
Pay the fee through the integrated payment gateway: ₹750 for UR/EWS/OBC candidates | ₹0 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Payment via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI — transaction charges (if any) are borne by the candidate. On successful payment, an e-receipt and application form are generated. Fee is completely non-refundable — not held in reserve for any other SBI exam. If transaction fails, re-register and pay again.
Step 5 — Review, Final Submit & Print
Before final submission, thoroughly review every field — personal details, DOB, category, qualification, examination centre. Once submitted, no corrections are allowed under any circumstances — no email/post/phone requests entertained. Click Final Submit. Print and save the system-generated online application form with e-receipt for your records. No printout needs to be sent to SBI. Download all future call letters from the SBI career portal using your registration number and password/DOB — no hard copies will be sent by post.
