How to Apply Online — Step-by-Step
Visit the Official ITBPF Recruitment Website
Go to https://recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. This is the only platform where SSF/ITBPF applications are submitted. Applications through any other mode or website are not accepted and will be summarily rejected. Use a desktop/laptop browser for a smooth form submission experience.
Create Your Profile / Register on the Portal
Create a new candidate profile on the ITBPF recruitment website. Provide a genuine and functional email ID and mobile number — your admit card and all communications will be sent to these. ITBPF/SSF will not be responsible for non-receipt of admit card due to incorrect contact details. Your profile must correctly reflect your Category (UR/SC/OBC), Employment Status, and other details.
Fill the Online Application Form — Accurately
Fill all segments clearly, correctly, and logically — personal details, educational qualification, category, employment status, physical details, etc. Any false or incorrect information leads to cancellation of candidature and no changes are allowed at later stages. Select the correct post — Constable (Barber) OR Constable (Washerman) — as each candidate is called for one trade test only per the applied post.
Pay Application Fee (if applicable)
General (UR) and OBC candidates pay ₹100 online through the payment gateway on the ITBPF recruitment website. SC candidates and Ex-Servicemen pay nothing. Fee payment through any other mode will lead to rejection and forfeiture of the amount. Save the payment confirmation.
Submit and Print the Application Form
After successful payment, submit the form. Take a clear and legible printout of the online application form — you must bring this printout to the PET/PST venue. Candidates who do not carry the printed application and admit card will not be permitted to enter the venue. Keep the same passport-size photographs used in the application form for use at all stages of recruitment.
