⚠ Physical Fitness — Start Preparing Now

The application fee is ₹750 for General / Category-2A / 2B / 3A / 3B candidates, and ₹500 for SC / ST / Category-1 / Ex-Servicemen / Third Gender candidates. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online. The last date to submit the online application is 03 July 2026, and the last date to pay the application fee is 04 July 2026. Candidates applying for both cadres must pay separate fees for each application.
Can candidates from outside Karnataka or other states apply for KSP Constable 2026?+
Yes, Indian citizens from other states can apply for the KSP Civil Police Constable 2026 recruitment. However, they will be considered under the General Merit (Unreserved) category only — they cannot claim any state reservation benefits (SC/ST/OBC/Cat-1/Kalyana Karnataka). Additionally, they must pass the Mandatory Kannada Language Test (minimum 50/150 marks) unless they have already studied Kannada as a subject at SSLC/PUC level. Candidates from outside Karnataka are not eligible for the Kalyana Karnataka cadre (Advt. 01), which is exclusively for residents of the Hyderabad-Karnataka region.

The complete selection process has five stages: (1) Written Exam (OMR) — 100 marks, 90 minutes, minimum 30% qualifying marks — primary merit criterion. (2) Physical Standard Test (PST) — height, chest (males), weight (females) verification — qualifying. (3) Physical Endurance Test (PET) — running, long jump, shot put, high jump — qualifying (no marks).
