  • Experience certificates must explicitly state the candidate’s role and area of experience matching the specified field — generic certificates won’t be accepted as valid proof.

5. Selection Process

Selection may involve any combination of the following, at the Bank’s discretion:

  • Online Written Examination
  • Screening
  • Group Discussion
  • Interview
  • Or any other process the Bank decides to adopt

Key points about the process:

  • A screening committee checks whether candidates meet eligibility criteria. Shortlisting at this stage is provisional, without document verification.
  • Only the most suitable candidates are called forward — simply meeting the minimum eligibility doesn’t guarantee a call for the next stage.
  • The qualifying marks for any written exam, GD, or interview will be decided by the Bank.
  • The final merit list is prepared in descending order of marks scored across the applicable stages.
  • Tie-breaker: if multiple candidates share the same cut-off marks, the older candidate (by date of birth) is ranked higher.
  • If the Bank decides to conduct a written exam, the exact structure and pattern will be announced separately on the official website.

6. Salary & Pay Structure

Selected candidates will be placed in MMGS-II, with the following pay scale:

₹64,820 – 2340/1 – 67,160 – 2680/10 – 93,960

In addition to basic pay, selected candidates get:
