The selection for Panchayat Secretary has two stages. The first is the Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Test — this determines your merit and final ranking. Go to hprca.hp.gov.in. Click on the "Login" button and select "As Citizen". For first-time users, complete One Time Registration (OTR) using your Aadhaar number, Him Parivar ID, Him Member ID, or Ration Card number. Create your Him Access ID (username) and password. OTR must be completed before you can fill the application form.
Log In and Select Post
Log in with your Him Access ID and password. Navigate to the available vacancies list. Find Post Code 26005 — Panchayat Secretary (Job Trainee) under Advt No. 04/2026. Click "Apply" against the desired post. Only one application per post is permitted.
Fill the Online Recruitment Application (ORA)
