Can candidates from outside Jammu & Kashmir apply for JKSSB SI Telecom 2026?

The JKSSB Sub Inspector (Telecommunication) post is a UT Cadre post under the Home Department, J&K. To apply, candidates must be domicile residents of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and must hold a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. Candidates from outside J&K who do not hold a valid J&K domicile certificate are not eligible to apply. All reservation category benefits (SC, ST, OBC, RBA, EWS, ALC/IB) are exclusively for J&K UT domicile holders. Without a valid domicile certificate on or before the last date (12 March 2026), no application will be considered.
