Selection Process — Interview + Possible Screening
Stage 1 — Application Scrutiny & Shortlisting
After the application window closes, BVFCL will scrutinise all received applications. Only those candidates who appear to be apparently eligible based on the submitted specifications and declarations will be called for interview. Mere fulfilment of eligibility criteria does NOT entitle any candidate to be called for interview. BVFCL reserves the right to adopt suitable shortlisting criteria including screening tests, written tests, or skill/trade tests if the number of applications is large.
Stage 2 — Personal Interview
Selection for all 24 advertised positions is through Personal Interview only. The interview evaluates technical knowledge, domain expertise, managerial capability, communication, and overall suitability for the FTC role. Shortlisted candidates are notified through official website (bvfcl.com) and registered email. Outstation candidates called for interview are reimbursed single to-and-fro AC-2 tier rail/road fare by shortest route on production of ticket. BVFCL may also raise minimum eligibility standards if needed.
Stage 3 — Document Verification & Medical Fitness
Candidates recommended after interview must produce all original certificates before joining — Matriculation certificate (age proof), marksheets and degree certificate, experience certificates (clearly showing date of joining, relieving, nature of duties, position held), valid caste/tribe/PwBD certificate from competent authority, ID proof (PAN/Passport/Voter Card/Aadhaar/Driving Licence). Stage 4 — Fixed Term Contract Engagement

Dibrugarh, Assam – 786623. Services are liable to be posted or transferred to any unit, site, office, or location of BVFCL across India as per organizational requirements.
