Selection Criteria & Merit List
Results are announced based on Percentile Score. Final merit lists are prepared category-wise. For equal percentile: marks in written test decide rank; for equal marks: older candidate ranks higher. Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for General/UR, 40% for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD. Only candidates with the minimum qualifying marks are included in the eligible list. Wait-list of 15% of total selected candidates is maintained, valid for one year or until next exam result, whichever is earlier.

Register with Aadhaar & Create Login

Aadhaar registration is mandatory. Register with your own mobile number and email address. Note down the system-generated Application Number. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

Fill the Online Application Form

Enter personal details as per Class 10 certificate. Select the post(s) you wish to apply for and indicate your priority/preference order. You can indicate preferences for both department and post. Enter educational qualifications, MP domicile details, category, Rozgar Karyalaya registration number and Aadhaar details carefully.

If found ineligible for the preferred post, the candidature for that specific post is cancelled but remains valid for other preferred posts — and the responsibility for this lies entirely with the candidate, not MPESB.
MPESB releases category-wise merit lists based on percentile scores. A wait-list of 15% of total selected candidates is also released. Appointing departments then verify documents and issue appointment orders within 3 months of the selection list date. The selection list remains valid for 1 year or until next exam result, whichever is earlier. After selection, probation begins with 70%/80%/90% pay in years 1/2/3.
