⚠️ Important: RCCC training completed from Sixth Schedule districts or from outside Assam (other states) is NOT valid for this recruitment.
- Candidates who have NOT passed HSLC or equivalent from a recognised Board.
- Candidates who have NOT completed 6-month RCCC Training from Assam Surveys and Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
- Candidates who completed RCCC training from Sixth Schedule areas or from any state other than Assam.
- Candidates below 21 years or above 40 years of age (as on 01.01.2025), after applicable relaxation.
- Candidates who cannot type at least 30 WPM in Assamese or Bengali — they will fail the mandatory Skill Test.
- Government servants who do not submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of Skill Test/DV.

Application Screening
All submitted online applications are screened for eligibility — HSLC qualification, RCCC training completion from Dakhingaon, computer proficiency, and age as on 01.01.2025. Only eligible applications are accepted and shortlisted for the written exam.
Written Examination — Paper-I (80 Marks, MCQ)
Eligible candidates appear in a competitive MCQ-based written exam covering Mathematics (10 marks), Conventional Survey (50 marks), and Modern Survey (20 marks). Negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer applies. Only candidates clearing the category-wise cut-off are called for the Skill Test.
Skill Test — Paper-II (20 Marks, Practical Computer Test)
Written exam qualifiers appear for a hands-on Computer Proficiency Skill Test assessing Assamese/Bengali Unicode typing, basic computer operations, document formatting, data entry, and file handling. Original documents must be brought for verification on the day of the Skill Test.
Document Verification
Candidates shortlisted based on combined merit in Paper-I and Paper-II are called for Document Verification. All original certificates — HSLC, RCCC certificate, category certificate, age proof, and identity documents — must be produced. Government servants must produce a valid NOC.
Final Merit List & Appointment
A final merit list is prepared based on combined scores (Paper-I + Paper-II) after document verification. Selected candidates receive appointment orders for the post of Land Records Assistant under DLRS Assam in accordance with Assam Land Records Sub-Ordinate Service Rules (Amendment) 2025.

Register / Create a New Account
Click on "Register / Apply Here". Fill in your basic details — name, mobile number, email ID, date of birth, and RCCC training details. Complete the registration process and note down your Application Number, Username, and Password carefully for future login.
Login and Fill the Online Application Form
Login with your registered credentials. Fill in the complete Online Application Form with accurate personal details, educational qualifications (HSLC), RCCC training certificate details, computer proficiency details, and category/reservation information. Double-check all entries before proceeding.
Upload Required Documents
Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size colour photograph, signature, and RCCC Passed Certificate in the prescribed format and file size. Ensure uploaded images are clear and readable — blurred or invalid uploads will lead to rejection.
Preview & Submit the Application
Before final submission, carefully preview all filled details in the application form. Check spelling of your name, RCCC certificate details, date of birth, and category. Once satisfied, click the Submit button. After submission, no edits are possible.
Download & Print the Application Form
After successful submission, a confirmation page is generated with your Application Number. Download and take a printout of the final submitted form. This hard copy is mandatory and must be brought on the day of the Skill Test and Document Verification. Apply well before 30 April 2026, 5:00 PM.
- Application portal closes on 30 April 2026 at 5:00 PM — no extension is expected. Apply early.
- Applications are accepted in online mode only — no offline forms, postal applications, or email submissions accepted.
- Ensure your RCCC certificate is from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon only. RCCC from other centres or states is invalid.
- Upload only the prescribed documents — photo, signature, and RCCC certificate. All must be in correct format and file size.
- Candidates serving in government jobs must produce a valid NOC from their employer at the Skill Test stage.
- After final submission, no correction or modification will be permitted. Verify everything before submitting.
- Only one application per candidate is allowed. Multiple applications will be rejected.
