How to Download RRB Paramedical Answer Key 2026 — Step-by-Step

The RRB Paramedical Answer Key 2026 is personalised — each candidate views their own specific question paper (from their shift), their recorded responses, and the provisional correct answers. It is not a single public PDF. Every candidate must log in individually using their own credentials. Here are the two access paths:

🔗 Official Download & Objection Links
  • Direct Login Link (digialm): https://rrb.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/33128/98076/login.html
  • RRB BBS (Bhubaneswar) Official Notice: https://www.rrbbbs.gov.in/documentexplorer.php?prmt=TVRneE5RPT0=
  • Via Regional RRB Website: Visit your RRB zone site (e.g. rrbcdg.gov.in, rrbmumbai.gov.in, rrbchennai.gov.in etc.) → Important Notices → "CEN 03/2025: Link to View CBT Questions, Responses, Keys & Raise Objections"
1

Visit Your Regional RRB Website or the Direct digialm Link

Open the direct link rrb.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/33128/98076/login.html in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge — OR — go to your regional RRB website (see Section 08 for all 21 RRB zone links). On the RRB homepage, under Important Notices, look for: "CLICK HERE — Link for Viewing of CBT Question Paper, Responses and Keys & Raising of Objections for Paramedical Staff CEN No. 03/2025". This link remains active until 29 March 2026 at 10:00 AM.

2

Log In with Registration Number and Date of Birth

On the login page, enter your Registration Number (from your CEN 03/2025 application acknowledgement) and your Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format as your Password (or the password you set during registration, whichever applies). Enter the CAPTCHA code carefully. Click Login. Avoid multiple failed attempts — it may temporarily lock your account. If login fails, verify your Registration Number from your application confirmation email or SMS.

3

View Your Question Paper, Responses, and Answer Key

After logging in, navigate to the CEN 03/2025 Paramedical CBT Answer Key section. You will see three columns: (1) Your specific question paper as presented during your shift, (2) Your recorded response for each question, and (3) The provisional correct answer from RRB. Compare each question systematically — especially in the Professional Ability section where post-specific technical errors are most common and most worth challenging.

4

Download and Save Your Response Sheet PDF

Use the download/print option to save your complete response sheet as a PDF. This file contains your exact answers and the provisional key. Save it immediately — the digialm portal may restrict downloads after the objection window closes. This document is critical for: (1) calculating your estimated score using the formula below, (2) preparing objections with the exact question number, (3) future reference if any discrepancy arises during result or DV.

5

Raise Objections If You Identify Errors (Optional but Time-Sensitive)

If you believe any answer in the provisional key is incorrect, or any question is ambiguous or has a printing error, select that question number, provide your justification (cite textbook/official reference), and pay ₹50 + bank charges per question. Submit via the online portal. The fee is refunded (excluding bank charges) if the expert committee accepts your objection. Objections must be submitted by 29 March 2026 at 10:00 AM — there are no exceptions, no helpdesk overrides, and no alternate submission method.

💡 Pro Tip — Submit Objections Early: The portal experiences extremely heavy load on the last day (28–29 March). Page timeouts and payment gateway failures are common near the deadline. Submit any objections by 26–27 March to avoid last-minute technical issues. Use Chrome/Firefox in Incognito mode if the normal session faces errors. Keep payment confirmation screenshots as proof.

How to Raise Objections Against RRB Paramedical Answer Key 2026
1

Login and Identify the Question to Challenge

After logging in and viewing your response sheet (as described in Section 03), identify the specific question number where you believe the RRB answer is wrong. Note the question number accurately — you must reference the exact same question number in the objection form. Cross-check with standard textbooks, official NCERT/nursing council/pharmacy council publications before deciding to raise an objection.

2

Click the Objection Tracker / Raise Objection Link

On the same login portal, there will be an Objection Tracker or Raise Objection button. Click it, then select the question you want to challenge. Enter your correct option and provide a clear written justification — cite the specific textbook name, edition, author, and page number (for nursing: GNM textbooks; for pharmacy: D Pharma/B Pharma standard texts; for health inspector: standard public health textbooks).

3

Pay ₹50 Per Question + Bank Charges

Pay the objection fee of ₹50 per question plus applicable bank service charges via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card through the online payment gateway on the portal. Keep the payment receipt / transaction ID as proof. If you are challenging 3 questions, pay ₹150 + bank charges (3 × ₹50). Payments must be completed before the 29 March 2026, 10 AM deadline.

4

Submit and Note Your Objection Reference Number

After payment, submit the objection. The system generates a reference/tracking number — note this down and keep the screenshot. RRB's expert committee (subject matter experts including Railway hospital doctors and pharmacists) reviews all valid objections. If your challenge is accepted and the answer is changed in the final key, your score is recalculated accordingly. No individual communication is sent — track the final answer key release for confirmation.

💡 When Is an Objection Worth Raising?
  • The question has two correct options — both technically valid from standard textbooks
  • The marked answer is factually incorrect as per current medical/pharmaceutical guidelines
  • The question stem is ambiguous or grammatically erroneous leading to multiple valid interpretations
  • The question is out of syllabus as per the CEN 03/2025 official syllabus PDF
  • Not worth raising: mere preference for a different option without strong reference-backed justification — the expert committee only accepts objections with credible published sources

Candidates who appeared in the CBT on 11, 12, or 13 March 2026 can log in with their Registration Number and Date of Birth to view the question paper, their responses, and the correct answers.
2
What is the last date to raise objections for CEN 03/2025 answer key?
+
The objection window closes on 29 March 2026 at 10:00 AM IST. This is an absolute deadline — the portal closes automatically at this time. No requests, emails, or applications for extension are entertained under any circumstances. Submit all objections by 26–27 March to avoid last-minute technical failures near the deadline.
3
What is the objection fee and is it refundable?
+
₹50 per question + applicable bank service charges. If the expert committee accepts your objection as valid: ₹50 is refunded to your registered bank account (bank charges not refunded). If rejected: no refund of any amount. Challenge only those questions where you have strong reference-backed justification — random challenges waste money and time.
4
How many vacancies are there in RRB Paramedical CEN 03/2025?
+
434 total vacancies across 7 posts: Nursing Superintendent 272 · Pharmacist (Entry Grade) 105 · Health & Malaria Inspector Grade II 33 · Lab Assistant Grade II 12 · Dialysis Technician 4 · Radiographer (X-Ray Technician) 4 · ECG Technician 4. Posts are distributed across all 21 RRB zones and Railway Production Units throughout India.
5
What is the RRB Paramedical CBT exam pattern?
+
100 MCQ questions | 100 marks | 90 minutes. Marking: +1 correct, −1/3 wrong, 0 skipped. Sections: Professional Ability (post-specific, highest weightage ~75–80 marks) + General Awareness + Arithmetic + Reasoning + General Science (~20–25 marks combined). Conducted in Hindi, English, and 13 regional languages. Normalisation applied across shifts. Min. qualifying: UR/EWS 40% | OBC-NCL 30% | SC 30% | ST 25%.
6
When will RRB Paramedical Result 2026 be declared?
+
After the objection window closes (29 March 2026), the expert committee reviews all challenges and releases the Final Answer Key (expected April 2026). The CBT Result with shortlisted roll numbers for Document Verification is expected in April–May 2026. Results are published as PDFs on all 21 regional RRB websites. RRB does not send individual SMS or email for results — monitor your RRB zone website regularly.
7
What is the salary for RRB Paramedical posts?
+
7th CPC Pay Matrix: Nursing Superintendent — Level 7 (₹44,900/month basic) | Dialysis Technician & HMI Gr. II — Level 6 (₹35,400/month) | Pharmacist & Radiographer — Level 5 (₹29,200/month) | ECG Technician — Level 4 (₹25,500/month) | Lab Assistant Gr. II — Level 3 (₹21,700/month). All posts include DA, HRA, TA, Railway medical passes, free/concessional railway travel, and other Railway employee benefits.
8
Is there normalisation in RRB Paramedical CBT 2026?
+
Yes. The CBT was conducted in multiple shifts on 11, 12, and 13 March 2026 with different question sets. Percentile-based normalisation is applied by RRB to ensure candidates are not advantaged or penalised purely due to the difficulty of their specific shift's paper. Your final shortlisting score is the normalised score — not the raw score from the answer key comparison. This is why the answer key score is an estimate, not the final score.
9
What happens after the RRB Paramedical CBT Result 2026?
+
After the CBT result, shortlisted candidates are called for Document Verification (DV) at the respective RRB office. All original certificates are verified. Candidates who clear DV attend the Railway Medical Examination at a designated Railway hospital. There is no written interview at any stage. Medically fit candidates receive the appointment letter for joining the designated Railway hospital/health unit.
10
Which regional RRB website should I use?
+
Use the RRB zone you applied under — your zone is printed on your application acknowledgement, admit card, and CEN 03/2025 registration confirmation. The direct digialm link works for all zones. All 21 regional websites are listed in Section 09 of this article. Key examples: rrbcdg.gov.in (Chandigarh) · rrbmumbai.gov.in · rrbchennai.gov.in · rrbsecunderabad.gov.in · rrbpatna.gov.in · rrbbbs.gov.in (Bhubaneswar).
11
Can I raise an objection on a question's framing and not just the answer?
+
Yes. Candidates can challenge: (1) Incorrect answer key — a different option is correct per standard references; (2) Ambiguous question framing — the question allows multiple valid interpretations or has technical errors in the stem; (3) Typographical / printing errors in the question; (4) Out-of-syllabus questions not covered in the official CEN 03/2025 syllabus PDF. Each type of objection requires a separate fee payment and supporting justification.
