Notification 1 — Junior Officer (Operations) — Three-Stage Process
Online Test
An objective-type online test assessing Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (Banking & Finance), and basic banking operations knowledge. The exam structure and schedule will be announced on the official website after applications are processed. Only candidates shortlisted from the online test are called for the next stage.
Group Discussion (GD)
Candidates shortlisted from the Online Test are called for a Group Discussion. This stage evaluates communication skills, team behaviour, banking knowledge application, and the ability to articulate thoughts on banking and financial topics. GD performance is assessed alongside the Online Test score.
Personal Interview
Final stage — candidates who clear the GD round are called for a Personal Interview. The panel evaluates banking knowledge, work experience, role-specific skills, language proficiency (Telugu), and overall suitability. Final selection merit is based on GD + Interview performance. Document verification follows final selection.
Notifications 2 & 3 — IT, CISO Office, Data Science — Two-Stage Process
Shortlisting — Based on Qualifications, Experience & Suitability
The Bank shortlists candidates from the received applications based on educational qualifications, post-qualification work experience, technical skill relevance, and domain suitability for the applied role. This is done solely at the Bank's discretion. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call. Only shortlisted candidates are called for interview — no separate notification by post; communication via registered email only.
Preliminary and/or Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates are called for a Preliminary and/or Personal Interview — at the Bank's discretion, one or both stages may be conducted. The interview panel assesses technical depth, domain expertise, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and cultural fit within the Bank's digital transformation agenda. Selection is final and binding — scores and results are strictly confidential and not disclosed to candidates.
- Shortlisting is at the Bank's absolute discretion — large applications volumes may result in only a small fraction being called
- All recruitment communication via registered email only — no interview call letters or other communications will be sent by post
- All marks, scores, and grades at any stage are strictly confidential — results are not disclosed to candidates or third parties under any circumstances
- The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection process, reduce or increase the number of candidates called, or cancel any stage based on the number of applications received
- Final appointment is subject to satisfactory performance during probation and verification of all original documents at joining
