Appointed candidates must execute a service agreement bond of ₹3 Lakhs (Rupees Three Lakhs) at the time of joining. A deduction of ₹5,000/month will be made from the monthly salary towards bond money. This amount will be refunded without interest after successful completion of 60 months (5 years) of service.
