Minimum Marks:
General / OBC (NCL) / EWS candidates: 60% aggregate marks across all semesters/years of the BE/B.Tech degree
SC / ST / PwD candidates: 55% aggregate marks
CGPA candidates: Must convert CGPA to percentage as per their university's conversion formula and attach the conversion certificate.
R003 & R004 (Electrical posts): BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
R005 & R006 (Electronics posts): BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (ETC) or Instrumentation Engineering
1-Year Tenure Posts (R002, R004, R006): No work experience required. Fresh engineering graduates who have just completed their BE/B.Tech are eligible.
The degree must be full-time mode only — part-time, distance, or correspondence engineering degrees are not accepted.
- Candidates with part-time, distance, or correspondence BE/B.Tech degrees.
- Candidates with less than 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwD) in their BE/B.Tech.
- Candidates applying for more than one post code — only one application per candidate is allowed.
- Candidates above the maximum age limit of 29 years (before relaxation) as on 7 April 2026.
- Candidates whose degree is from an institution not recognised by AICTE/UGC/Government of India.
- Application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances — once paid, it will not be returned even if the application is rejected.
- Fee must be paid online through the BEML application portal using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Fee payment must be completed before submitting the final application form.
- Keep the fee payment receipt for your records.
- Stage 1: Application screening based on eligibility
- Stage 2: Written Test — 1 hour, 60 technical MCQs, 1 mark each

- Qualifying Marks: 45% for General/OBC/EWS; 40% for SC/ST/PwD

Register with Email ID & Mobile Number

Fill Application Form — Select ONE Post Code
Log in using your registration credentials. Select only one post code (R001 to R006) based on your engineering discipline and preferred tenure. Fill in all personal details, educational qualification details (university, year, percentage/CGPA), and work experience details (if any) for the 4-year tenure posts.
Upload Documents
Upload scanned copies of your passport-size photograph (recent, white background), signature (on white paper, black/blue ink), BE/B.Tech mark sheets, degree certificate, category certificate (if applicable), and experience letter (if applicable). Follow the file size and format specifications on the portal exactly.
Pay Application Fee
Click on "Pay Application Fee Online". General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates pay ₹500 online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. SC/ST/PwD candidates select the fee exemption option. Save the payment confirmation.
Submit & Print Registration Form
Review all filled details carefully. Click Submit before 7 April 2026 at 6:00 PM. After submission, download and print the final registration form. Carry this printout along with all original documents when appearing for the written test and document verification.
- Apply for only one post code — multiple applications for different post codes from the same candidate will be rejected.
- Once submitted, the application cannot be modified — verify all details before clicking Submit.
- Applications received after 6:00 PM on 7 April 2026 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
