📋 Priority Rule — Jharkhand Health Service Doctors First

As per the Jharkhand Medical Education Service (Recruitment, Promotion & Service Conditions) Rules 2021 (Second Amendment), vacancies are filled first from doctors serving in the Jharkhand State Health Service who meet NMC qualification standards. Only the remaining department-wise vacancies (after internal Health Service quota is filled) are then opened to direct recruitment under the 2018 service rules. Jharkhand Health Service cadre doctors must attach an NOC from their controlling authority (compulsory). If NOC is not yet issued, they must enter "Applied for NOC" in the online form and produce the original at document verification.
