MANDATORY — Visit bfsissc.com First & Read NAPS Guidelines
Before anything else, visit https://bfsissc.com and carefully read the detailed guidelines on how to register on the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) portal. These guidelines explain the NAPS registration process, required documents, and how it links to the SBI application. Do not skip this step — without understanding NAPS, you will be unable to complete the SBI application process correctly.
MANDATORY — Register on NAPS Portal: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
Go to https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and register as a candidate (apprentice seeker). Complete your profile with personal details, educational qualifications, and contact information. This NAPS registration is compulsory and must be done before applying on the SBI careers portal. Note your NAPS registration number — you will need it during the SBI application. Without NAPS registration, you cannot complete the SBI apprenticeship application.
Apply Online at sbi.co.in/careers or sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings
After NAPS registration, go to www.sbi.co.in/careers OR sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings. Find Advertisement No. CRPD/APPR/2026-27/07 — Engagement of Apprentices 2026. Fill Personal, Educational Details — Choose State, Language & 3 District Preferences
Fill in all personal details, educational qualifications, and category. Most critically: select the state you want to apply for (only one) and choose one local language from the state's listed languages. Also select 3 preferred districts within your chosen state for training posting. These selections cannot be changed after submission. Ensure you genuinely know the local language chosen — it is tested in the exam.
Upload Photo & Signature in Prescribed Format
Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph (as specified — light background, clear face) and scanned signature in the prescribed JPG/JPEG format within specified file size. The photograph should be recent — not older than 3 months. Ensure the photograph shows a clear, recognisable face — the same photo will appear on your admit card.
