The official notification explicitly states: "As per The Apprentices Act, 1961, it shall NOT be obligatory for UCIL to employ Apprentices on completion of training. There are no provisions for providing direct employment in UCIL on completion of apprenticeship training." Additionally, no TA/DA or accommodation will be provided to candidates called for certificate verification or coming to the training location. Candidates must make their own travel and stay arrangements at Tummalapalle, YSR Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
🏠 Land Displaced Persons (LDP)
Candidates whose land/property was acquired for UCIL Tummalapalle operations. Must submit a Land Acquisition Certificate issued by the competent authority. Hard copy of the LDP Certificate must be sent by post to Personnel Section, UCIL Tummalapalle on or before 9 May 2026. Aadhaar Card of the Land Displaced Person must also accompany the application.
📍 Project Affected Families / PAP (within 5 km)
Candidates from families residing within 5 km radius of UCIL Tummalapalle unit under the R&R (Rehabilitation & Resettlement) Policy as Project Affected Persons. Must produce certificate from Competent Authority. Applicant and parent/guardian must sign the PAP Certificate. Documents: Residential proof + Aadhaar Card.
💼 UCIL Employee Wards
Wards (sons/daughters) of employees currently working in any unit of UCIL. The employee must submit the Employees Ward Certificate (format provided in official notification) along with a self-attested copy of their UCIL Identity Card. Hard copy must reach Personnel Section, UCIL Tummalapalle by post on or before 9 May 2026.
- Preference applies when candidates are otherwise equally eligible — all candidates still compete on merit basis within their preference category
- LDP and Employee Ward candidates must send hard copy documents by post to UCIL Personnel Section, Tummalapalle — before 9 May 2026. Online application alone is not sufficient for these categories.
- PAP candidates must also bring originals at time of document verification during joining
- Normal (non-preference) candidates with high merit can still get selected if preference category seats are insufficient or less competitive

Complete registration — a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with an activation link (e.g., Registration Number: A000000000). Click the link to activate your account.
Login & Complete Your Profile
After activation, login with your credentials and complete your full profile — personal details, educational qualification details, category, and contact information. Ensure all academic details are accurate — percentage of marks determines your merit rank. Do NOT enter false information — any discrepancy found at document verification leads to cancellation of candidature.
Upload All Required Documents

- For Graduate apprentices: Degree percentage is the basis — for Finance, CMA Intermediate enrollment gives additional preference
- In tie-breaking situations, UCIL management's decision is final — preference categories (LDP > PAF > Employee Ward) may serve as tie-breakers
